Presenting Highly Effective E-Book Marketing Strategies

Discover a proven step-by-step ebook marketing strategy and eliminate the ones that aren't making you money once and for all. Ebook Marketing on other people's blogs is highly effective. The problem is most of the blogs on the Internet don't generate very much traffic. However, if you weed out the worthless blogs and focus your energy on the ones that produce results, you'll increase your chances of making money online and suddenly blogging becomes enjoyable-and most of all profitable. I use a free tool called SEO Fire Fox when I research blogs. You can download it for free by going to seobook.com. After you download the tool type in your keywords based on your ebooks title in Google's search box and start your research. Copy and paste the first domain name of the search results into Yahoo Search Explorer. This will show you a list of all the domains pointing back to the site.

At this point, all you have to do is download the excel file of the domain names and eliminate any duplications until you have a small list of potential blogs for marketing your ebook. Next, activate the SEO tool and type in the domain names in Google's search box and start researching each blogs monthly traffic volume. Below each of the titles in the search results, you should see a bunch of links from the SEO tool highlighted in blue. Click on the traffic value link and this will take you to a website called semrush.com. Look for the following listings on the page.

Rank?
Google SE Traffic?
SE Traffic Price?

This data will tell you how many people visit the blogs on a monthly basis. Take notes of how much traffic each blog on your list receives for planning your ebook marketing strategy. Here's the secret though, instead of commenting on all the top blogs on your list in order to generate back links, place ads on the ones that have advertising spots available. Most of the time, you can advertise for as low as 10 or 20 dollars per month, which makes this affordable for even the smallest budgets considering the amount of traffic you will receive. Find four or five blogs to advertise on, and you'll generate 100x the traffic to your ebooks sales page then you will by posting comments on dozens of different blogs. Regardless of what you hear online; commenting on blogs is a strategy that takes a lot of time before you see a significant boost in search engine rankings. Therefore, try the strategy outlined above and your ebook marketing campaigns will probably be more effective.
