Some of the SEO Basics When Planning a New Blog

The success of any website depends on how well you plan things before the website becomes online. In this article I'll present some of the SEO basics of how to plan a blog in order to have a good start. There are several things that you'll have to consider and each element has to be taken very seriously.

Here is the short list of basic SEO things to do (that I'll explain it in more detail further down):

Identify what you want to write about on your blog Create a list of relevant keywords to target Plan the structure of your articles Think about the list of categories for the blog Think about the list of tags for your blog Analyze the competition Plan how you're going to use the keywords on your blog

I'll try now to go further into detail with the above list but I'll also try not to create a too big article. So, if you feel you need some more info on some of these points feel free to send me a message or write me a comment. I will also put for download an Excel 2007 document to help you plan and sort your keywords (visit the article on the website for download).

Identify what you want to write about. This is the first thing you have to realize. This is the same like what kind of business to open. You have to think from general to particular. Here is what I meant by that. The idea is to think first at the niche market you are interested in. Then, you'll start to realize different aspects of this niche. Here I'm talking about what problems/needs does your niche addresses, or what kind of people are your potential clients, or how do they come to think that this niche can offer them solutions to their problems. You'll have to break the general concepts and ideas to particular ones that address particular issues. For example if you are in the business of real-estates you can answer to a need for rental houses in a certain period of the year. You have to be prepared for this kind of particular things. Every business must respond to one or more needs/problems that people encounter and you have to realize that the same th ing is with a blog.

Create a list of relevant keywords to target. Before talking a little bit about the process of selecting keywords I want to tell you about what tools to use for this research and also to offer you an Excel document to help you organize your list. So here are the tools:

- Google Keyword External Tool

- Google insights and Google Trends

- Search on Google News

- The new options for Google Search: Wonder Wheel and Related Searches

Now let's talk about how to start selecting keywords. First I like to think about single general words that would describe more like a category of keywords. Let's say, for example, that you want to build a website for an attorney specialized in divorces and domestic violence. The first words would be something like: law, divorce, violence, procedure (and maybe some more but let's stick with this). I want to say it very clear: these are not the keywords you are going to target. This is just a help to organize your keywords into related groups. You'll also use these words into the Excel document to easy filter the keywords associated with a certain group. After that I like to start with the wonder wheel. I just type one word and see what related searches Google will suggest. This way I'll find quickly what people are searching and its related to my niche (also this is a really great way to find more particular subjects to talk about). Now you'll have to decide if a keyword i t's worth the effort. Here are some factors that you'll have to take into consideration:

Number of searches per month (related to your geographic area of interest) Relevancy to your niche - understand that more general terms can deliver higher traffic but long tail keywords can deliver higher conversion Competition in the sense of the number of results on a search engine Competition in the sense of who is on the first page and why are those websites there(I'll talk more about this bellow on analyze the competition)

Each group of keywords should have a top main keyword, formed by two words. This is the competitive term. This is what you're aiming for. But before you get to the top you'll have to address all the other keywords related to the main one. These keywords are long tail and much easier to rank for.

Plan the structure of your articles. Every article has to offer a benefit. Think of a way to offer that benefit. This is where you'll have to decide if you want interesting titles or SEO titles. A good strategy would be to build the SEO titles first and after you manage to develop a strong traffic and a large number of subscriptions to move more towards interesting titles (titles that get you clicks). How you present a certain topic to the user is very important. A simple article structure would be: summary, body, conclusion, call to action. In the summary you'll make a short description of what's to come and quickly talk about this great benefit the reader will have. The body will expand with all the necessary details. The conclusion will tell the reader what he/she just read. And the call to action in the end. Every article must be written with a purpose: with a goal in mind. It can be to get comments, link bait, go viral, affiliate link, get more subscr ibers and so on. Make sure you introduce that call to action in your articles.

Think about the list of categories for the blog. The list of categories is an SEO basic (also is the list of tags) choice. The thing is that here you can also target some keywords. Don't just name categories, think of keywords.

Think about the list of tags for your blog. This is the same as in categories. The thing is that you can use tags not only to enhance the user experience and to help the reader to find what he's looking for but also to target keywords. Another reason for creating a list of tags is to keep it organized. Otherwise you'll find yourself in the situation when you place different tags that basically mean the same thing.

Analyze the competition. Here are some things to consider when you go and analyze the competition for a certain keyword:

Check the competition in numbers: how many results, how many results for targeting that keyword in title and URL (use the wonder wheel to identify long tail keywords with lower competition) Check to see what websites are on the first page. It will be difficult to over rank authority websites on competitive terms, but you could do it on long tail keywords You'll have to perform some analysis for the first page websites: see how they are using that keyword on the page they rank for (use this tool seomoz.org/term-extractor), what other pages do they have that target the same keyword (for this search on Google with this "site:domain.com keyword" or "site:domain.com intitle:keyword" or "site:domain.com inurl:keyword" or "site:domain.com inanchor:keyword" or "link:domain.com inanchor:keyword")

Plan how you're going to use the keywords on your blog. Here you have to think about two things:

Develop a strategy in how to use keywords into your website Learn how to use keywords in each page you create

The first problem is to think of a way to use keywords in your website. Here I'm talking about things like:

Your main page should target the most competitive keyword Articles should be build in a pyramid style: the top article targets the main keyword for a group and the other ones target long tail keywords; the more long tail keywords you'll target the more traffic you'll get and your rankings will improve

The second important SEO aspect is to know how to use keywords in your content:

Titles, keyword meta tag and description meta tag Subtitles h1, h2, ... In the actual text of the article The name of files embedded on the page The ALT property of images Anchor text but only if it points to a page on your own site or to another site that you own Tags associated with the article Strong or bold text

Let me know if you have more questions on this subject. I think that these SEO basic steps are absolutely necessary. If you feel that other things might also be important let me know in comments bellow. Any questions are also welcomed. Don't forget to subscribe if you liked the article.

How Local Search Submissions Help Auto Dealers - Autos - Cars

Relationship between the Internet and car buyers has increased consistently over the last few years. Today, Internet became an integral part of car buying process. A study by Capgemini, Cars Online 09/10 stated that almost 90 percent of consumers use the Internet to research vehicles. Its latest report, Capgemini Cars Online Study 10/11, revealed that over 40 percent of consumers would like the ability to purchase vehicles online, using the Internet for the complete end-to-end buying process, and not just for research. Many auto dealers understand this reality and have incorporated the Internet and related technology as part of their marketing and advertising efforts.

Though some of them have embraced opportunity provided by the Internet, others are struggling to keep up with the constant developments and latest trends. Being aware of the buying behaviors of potential customers is important in developing and maintaining effective marketing strategies. One of the latest trends observed these days is that people are going online for local products or services. A survey from BIA/Kelsey revealed that 97 percent of consumers use online media while researching products or services in their local area.

Keeping this in mind, major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing are listing the top 10 local listings above their organic search results. Despite of the increasing focus on local search, many auto dealerships are simply ignoring this feature. If you are one of them, failing to use this feature to its fullest, you are losing all those valuable customers. Remember, your competitor can take action and grab them all.

Though general search engine optimization (SEO) techniques work well for some websites, it is necessary to apply a more specific optimization concept called local search submissions. It attracts potential customers from the specific geographic location you are looking for.

From the above discussion, it is clear that local search submissions are very important for local businesses, such as auto dealerships. Now we will learn how local search helps auto dealers in their business.

Improves popularityPeople generally tend to trust the businesses they are familiar with. Local search submissions can help local auto dealers stand above and dominate their competition. Your high ranking in the local search listing makes the prospects learn about your business and it also shows your authority in your local area.

Gives more relevant trafficThere is no value even if thousands of people visit your site who will never buy anything. On the other hand, highly targeted visitors, even if they are in small numbers are very valuable. This is where local search is very good at. While trying to promote your auto dealership, local search focuses ?? bringing qualified leads people who are in a position to purchase. As discussed above, major search engines have started laying a lot of stress on local listings. They are listed above the organic search results; usually shown in a map along with additional information like a description of your dealership, business hours, products or services you offer, contact info, etc. So, a well-structured local search campaign helps you gain a powerful competitive advantage over your competitors using high visibility in the search engines. The ultimate goal of this campaign is to ensure that your dealership comes up in the results when a potential customer is looking for the services you offer in your region.

Low investment and better ROITraditional advertising methods such as billboard advertising, flyer distribution, advertising in local radio or newspapers may cost you hundreds of dollars (sometimes thousands). Yet, most of the times, they do not provide any positive results. Whereas search submissions on local web portals and sites requires less investment and can build up a solid return on investments (ROI) for your auto dealership as it targets all the potential customers.

Another major trend that supports local submissions is increasing usage of smart phones to find local businesses. According to Compete, nearly one in three smartphone users called or stopped into a local business after finding it using a local search.

Customers in your area are looking for your products and services online. Can your auto dealership afford not to be in the local search, which has grown over the years and is promising to continue its growth.

The Art Of Seduction - Become A Better Seducer - Relationships - Dating

The Art Of Seduction

Having fun is important when learning the art of seduction as it constantly keeps you motivated and moving. You will find that on your journey to becoming a transformed Casanova that sometimes you can be feeling down on yourself (this happens to a lot of guys and its completely natural).

If you're approaching plenty of women and not getting the reactions you seek then its natural to feel slightly de-motivated to continue, which is why MOST guys give up the game within the first 3 months.

As humans we seek quick fixes and instant results. Sometimes you can start seeing immediate results and sometimes (more often than not) results are slow to realize.

When I run my seduction workshops most guys are at beginner level and haven't approached many women before, by the end of the night they've approached at least 50 women! And they realize instant results and they achieve an ultimate level of state, they feel amazing and want more.

Other seduction workshops I run students are at differ levels of seduction learning and prefer to focus on a key point of attraction, which we do and they again see amzing results.

Have you ever been to the gym and tried to gain muscle mass?

You work out for 1 solid week, stressing muscles, sweating all over the place, red in the face, huffing and puffing... all that effort! And when you look in the mirror after two weeks you're still the same weight!

I have many times...

I find that I stopped and started the gym visits for the last few years depending on my state. I might watch a bruce lee movie and get instantly motivated again and go back, and again after a few weeks... I see no results so I give up.

It's a cylcle and I keep repeating this. I was quite amazed (I really was) when I found out that I wasn't alone and in fact most guys were doing exactly what I was doing (this could be you too?)

The same prinviple appilies especially when learning seduction.

Instant results are RARE (but can happen) : )

A key to excelling fast in the art of eduction is accepting that this can be a long or short road and it all depends on your willingness to learn and your comfort levels at this point in time. Below are some simple steps you can follow to keep up the spirtits and continue learning the art of seduction.

Having met some of the

1. Have no agenda; if you have no agenda or outcome then logically you cant be disappointed. If you head out for a night on the town with a 'purpose' i.e getting 10 phone numbers, X amount of make-outs and you don't acehveive these set goals then you'll feel slightly anxius. 2. Find a friend! It's better to go out with supportive and friends you know well as most importantly you all have fun together. If you treat pickup as a mathemtaica;l equation then women will sense this, having fun is important as it creates lots of emotion with women, so guys avoid boring interview questions, play with her head, tell jokes and casually compliment her (but only if its sincere) important that you don't overdo this one. 3. Dress pimp; don't dress in a suit or any business like fashion aka "boring". If you look funky, cool and stand out then women will automatically sense you have confidence to wear these clothes in the first place, it also conveys you are A FUN GUY. It brings a certain energy to the interaction. This brings me to my next point...4. ENERGY!!!!! Especially at night time have energy. Being high energy ismuch better than being shy and quiet (this isn't cute its creepy). If you meet a guy that speaks and cant be heard, and you have to lean in to talk to him you will understand that it gives off the wrong signals and its creepy. So start being LOUDER. Most of the successful guys I know who are AMAZING with women are super loud.

I'll talk to you soon!

While in the SEO Australia world there is always so much look at optimising your websites for visibility that will Google. com, but why not consider those localised versions of every search engines which include Google. com. au as well as Yahoo. com. au? How and why would you must rank your web page well for these kinds of? Well the answer is straightforward. Localised versions of each and every search engines furnish slightly different brings about the main globalised position in search results and are particularly best to ranking your websites to users who definitely are searching from within any given countryside. From our experience we have a tendency to find it now is easier to rank inside these country specific engines like google than it is by using the globalised variations. So how would you rank your site basic country specific types? Firstly the the very first thing is to contain the website itself hosted throughout the country you are carrying out business in. On e among this is to train on a good web hosting company such as crazydomains. com. au to number your site when you are in Australia. By hosting the location within the specific country on an IP address that may be issued within that country you might be giving search engines some valuable information concerning where your website hails from. By using the web page host above Yahoo and google. com. au can get your site as well as index it in just it's country specific internet search engine.Does it matter the use of the. com TLD (Top Degree Domain) or if you work with. com. au on an Australian website (or. company. uk for an important UK based web site etc.. )? With our experience, no. An important factor is in which the site is put. By using a ". com. au" or similar domain you are giving more information to the viewers of your content than you are to search engines. If the browser's search engine detects your web-site is hosted upon an Australian (or whichever country you're i n) IP address you're in with a good quality chance of getting your site ranked inside country specific versions of search engine. Why then do users implement localised versions of serps? A simple solution this is take into account how web internet browsers are configured automagically when installed onto your working computer. Generally new computers will come with Internet Explorer (Windows OS) and also Safari (OS X) and no doubt some form from the Google Toolbar preinstalled and preconfigured by way of the computer manufacturer. If you buying a new computer through within Australia you will find there's very good chance how the search bars which are installed by default will be configured to utilize country specific search engines such as Search engines. com. au and / or Bing. com. au. At the same time, when you put in a new browser chances are when you make sure to visit bing search such as gmail. com it will redirect one to yahoo. com. au when detecting your IP treat. Thi s is a good deliberate tactic by search engines like yahoo to funnel consumers to where achieve you to be to provide the most relevant content on the area you can be searching from in order to display advertising that they believe is more strongly related to you. You will observe that on search engines along the lines of Google. com. au you can press an option towards the bottom of the page to search Google. com as an alternative. When you have decided you're on page WEBSITE PLACEMENT strategies always make reference to the country you are doing work in somewhere inside the or tag cloud. A good example for this is SEO and Backlinking Services | SEARCH ENGINE RANKING OPTIMIZATION Australia. These on page elements are quite important and provide search engines with information that they may then give relevance to into their search results. At the same time, having your location throughout the actual content with the pages will yet again provide relevance to search results.Wha t in relation to off page SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION? As we most know backlinks could be the single biggest matter when Google accumulate determines search program rank positions. You can find highly competitive specialized niche markets and key phrases and by optimising a person's targeted keywords along with a specific country you may be again providing additional information to google which they can give relevance too when delivering data. So for any SEO Australia industry, by localising your targeted keywords utilizing Anchor Texts which include "SEO Australia" rather than "SEO" you are generally providing a pathway for folks searching for your services on the local level in order to find you combined with giving yourself an alternative variation of search phrase that are in all likelihood less competitive to a target. The majority of individuals will go with local service solutions before they are likely to hand their cash up to someone in a fabulous foreign country. We 've found also found various instances where specified country version keywords are wanted more within america specific search engines than these are for the globalised variant. So do not discout the extra worthiness of optimising your content for localised yahoo and google. Providing as many pathways as you can for people to get your information can be ultimately what SEO is focused on. Google. com is the most common and recognised online search engine but is not the sole options to think about. On the "information superhighway", providing more "roads" (keywords) pointing on your content will in the long run deliver you the most beneficial results long term all of which hopefully provide traffic you have to sustain your site presence.SEO Consultant

Selecting The Right Personal Trainer For You - Health - Fitness

Personal trainers can certainly help you achieve your physical goals faster. They can give you personalised attention, help reduce the risk of injury when exercising, make the workout much more enjoyable and most of all, provide the extrinsic motivation you need to maintain the lifestyle habits that are conducive to getting the results you want.

Personal trainers vary greatly in cost, educational background, training practices and personal philosophy. Make sure their experience and qualifications are up to date. A good point to keep in mind when choosing a personal trainer is to see if they practice what they preach. There is no point being trained by someone who doesn't look the part and isn't passionate about what they do. The Golden Rule regarding selection of the right personal trainer is:

'If they don't weight train themselves, don't let them weight train you!'

Before employing the services of a personal trainer, ask them the following questions to see if they meet your needs:

Why did you become a personal trainer? Personal trainers must have a passion for health and fitness. Not only should they practice what they preach, but they should also love sharing their expertise with others. They should also enjoy helping other people achieve their physical goals and they should gain satisfaction from encouraging people to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Great personal trainers are enthusiastic ambassadors of the 'fitness lifestyle'.

What type of exercise program do you provide to get your clients the best results? Some personal trainers prefer cardiorespiratory exercise for training their clients and this is OK, but only if it is combined with a regular resistance-training program. If they don't include weight training as a part of your exercise program, don't even consider them in becoming your personal trainer. They might say you don't need to train with weights to get results, but to get the best results in the shortest time you must train with weights. The 'body-shaping' results through any other means of training are slow and limited.

What qualifications do you have? Do they have a university degree or other formal accreditation from a registered training organisation? Just because they have won a local bodybuilding or fitness competition certainly doesn't make them a good trainer. They may have a good practical knowledge but have very little theoretical knowledge and therefore they may suggest unsafe exercises or dietary practices.

On the other hand, don't get someone to train you simply because they have lots of letters after their name. They may have an enormous amount of theoretical knowledge but their practical abilities may be seriously lacking. Select a personal trainer who has a good balance of theory and practice.

Do you keep up to date with current research? Their answer must be an emphatic YES! Personal trainers must continually update their knowledge through workshops, seminars, books, journal articles and magazines, etc. By doing so, they can provide their clients with the most effective information to accelerate their results.

Do you have many clients? This gives you an indication as to how popular they are as a trainer and also as to whether they can fit into your time schedule (you should not have to fit into theirs).

Have your clients got results? This is one of the most important questions you should ask. Some clients just like to have a trainer as a social outlet, not necessarily for the physical benefits. Some do it for the, 'I've got a personal trainer' image. Obviously these people have plenty of money to throw around and shouldn't be included in the equation. However, if you really want good results from your training, then your trainer should be as keen as you are in getting you the results you desire. Perhaps ask to see the before and after photos or appraisal results of some of their clients. If they don't have any, it may indicate that they are more concerned about taking your money than getting you results.

How often do you perform appraisals on your clients? If the trainer is 'results-orientated' (as they should be), they should do an appraisal on all their clients every four to six weeks to see how they are progressing and to quantify their results.

Can you supply client references? Good trainers will always have satisfied clients and they should be more than happy for you to contact their 'client references' to find out what they are like as a trainer. Call two or three clients and ask them about the trainer's ability. Find out what they think the trainer's strengths and weaknesses are. Is the trainer professional, dependable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable? Do they explain the reasoning behind their training principles? Has the client been trained by other trainers before? If so, how does this personal trainer compare? Is the trainer always on time? This is just a sample of some of the questions you should ask the clients of the personal trainer in question.

Do you have public liability and professional indemnity insurance? These days litigation is commonplace, so it is imperative that the gym facility has suitable insurance to protect it from being sued by clients who may injury themselves on the premises or who may lose property that is being kept on the premises. It is also essential that any gym instructors and personal trainers have professional indemnity insurance to protect themselves from potential litigation. Trainers must show a 'duty of care' to their clients at all times. If they do so, they are almost free from litigation. This may be done by being qualified, by performing pre-exercise screening on clients before training them, by carefully supervising clients throughout all workouts, by documenting workouts and by having documented emergency procedures for the gym. How does your potential trainer compare?

Have you completed courses in CPR and first aid? The trainer must have a good knowledge of CPR and first aid as well as know the proper procedures to follow in emergency situations. This is particularly important if they perform outdoor exercise sessions.

What do you charge for your services (and what does it include)? Personal trainers may charge as little as $20 dollars an hour up to several hundred dollars per hour. The cost depends on their qualifications, the length of the workout (however, it shouldn't be longer than an hour), what additional services they provide (before and after photos, re-appraisals, nutritional plans, etc.) and what type of personal training they do. Make sure that the personal trainer's fees fit comfortably into your budget and make sure you are aware of any additional costs that may have to be paid (i.e. Gym membership fees, supplement purchases, accessories, etc.).

What are your training policies? Before signing any contracts make sure you understand the trainer's policy on payment for sessions, contracts, cancellations and training procedures.

Are you available at the times suitable for me? The personal trainer must fit into to your time schedule, not you fit into theirs. The main reason for having a personal trainer is so they can assist you in achieving your physical goals at times that are convenient for you.

After speaking with the personal trainer and asking the above questions, ask yourself the following questions regarding the personal trainer:

1. Is he/she suitable for me? 2. Do I like his/her personality? 3. Does he/she have good communication and listening skills? 4. Would I prefer a male or a female personal trainer? 5. Will I look forward to training with him/her? 6. Am I happy with the program he/she suggest in order to achieve the results I want? 7. What level of professionalism does he/she have? 8. Does he/she wear a uniform? 9. Is he/she dressed well? 10. Does he/she always carry a towel with them? 11. Does he/she keep a record of every workout for every client? 12. Is the personal trainer focussed 100% on his/her client when he/she trains them or do they look around the gym, talk to other people or leave the client on his/her own during the training session.

After asking the personal trainer and yourself the above questions, decide whether or not he/she is suitable for you. It is important that you are totally happy with the trainer first before going ahead and signing contracts or starting a training program with them. Good luck!

Hoodia Gordonii Perfect Dosage - Health - Weight Loss

Hoodia Gordonii is an established, natural weight-loss medicine that many people insist for fast and safe weight loss. Gordonii Pills come in many sizes and forms. Many diet pills manufacturers just mix Hoodia to their already junk packed pills. Others offer pure Hoodia in an amount ranging from 400 mg or 750 mg and up.

How Much Should You Take To Get Your Desired Weight Loss Results?

First of all, you have to confirm that the manufacturers you are buying from actually put the stated dosage of Hoodia extracts in their pills. With the ever-increasing demand for this wonder appetite-suppressant, there are numerous dishonest companies that are using fake Hoodia, packing products or not putting the stated amount of Hoodia in their pills. So make sure you by from a trusted company that also displays their C.I.T.E.S. certificate and lab tests.

It is believed that an ideal dosage will be just 500 mg of Hoodia Gordonii a day to see appetite-suppressant results. This much amount of Hoodia promises you a higher possibility of successful results. Depending on your body size, composition, health, weight, etc, you may need a little more or less. A good rule of thumb is to start slow and see how you feel. To start with you may take 400 mg of Hoodia pill before meals thrice a day. If you wont see results you can step up to an amount of 750 mg per day. Remember to give yourself a couple of days to see results.

Why 500 mg?

That seems to be the dosage where most people have the most success results. It's also the most popular Gordonii dosage with buyers. With many people finding they get outstanding appetite-suppressing results by taking minimum 500 milligram of Hoodia, many manufacturers are coming out with a '750 Hoodia' pill but this is not necessary. But the last thing is to make sure to listen to your body, consult your doctor and take Hoodia with a rational diet and exercise program for maximum weight loss results.
